Mr. Nakamura, master of the restaurant's grill, gained experience at the famous yakitori restaurant "Torisawa 22" in Nishi-Azabu before opening "Torisawa Nakameguro". Here, the meat is cooked to perfection, and the glistening colour of the meat contributes to the evening glow of the Minato-ku area.
