その店主を勤める浅倉鼓太郎氏は料理人を目指す為に調理師専門学校に通い、その後多国籍料理店で経験を積み居酒屋の店主も勤めた事がある
その時に知識を深めるためにグルメ巡りを初め、和食の知識を重ねた
その後、自分の店「器楽亭」を2007年に久我山に開店し、2020年には銀座に店を移転
2022年には銀座6丁目にあった「銀座　器楽亭」を7丁目に移転し、名を「銀座　鼓門」変え、リニューアルオープンした

The owner of the restaurant, Kotaro Asakura, attended culinary school to become a chef. Following that, he gained experience in fusion restaurants before working as an izakaya owner. At the same time, he began to explore the gourmet world in order to deepen his knowledge of Japanese cuisine.
After that, he opened his own restaurant, "Kikurakutei", in Kugayama in 2007 and relocated to Ginza in 2020.
In 2022, he relocated the "Ginza Kurakutei" from Ginza 6-chome to Ginza 7-chome, renamed it "Ginza Komon" and that’s where he is today.

긴자 코몬의 오너 셰프를 맡고있는 아사쿠라 코타로씨는 셰프가 되기 위하여 조리전문학교를 다녔고, 이후 다양한 국적의 요리를 하는 레스토랑에서 경험을 쌓은 뒤 이자카야의 헤드 셰프를 맡은적도 있는 경험 많은 셰프입니다.
그는 이 시기에 지식을 넓히기 위해 레스토랑 탐방을 다니기 시작하며 일본요리에 대한 지식을 쌓아나갔습니다. 그리고 마침내 2007년 자신의 레스토랑인 “키라쿠테이”를 쿠가야마에 오픈하였고 2020년에는 유명 레스토랑이 즐비한 긴자로 이전하여 운영하였습니다. 이후 2022년이 되던 해, 긴자의 6번가에 있던 “긴자 키라쿠테이”를 7번가에 이전하여, 레스토랑의 상호를 “긴자 코몬”으로 바꾸며 재오픈하였습니다.
