After graduating from a culinary school, Mr. Ippei Adachi, the chef, trained for five years at ANA Hotel "Karin" and then worked as an opening staff member at "Akasaka Rikyu" in Shin-Yurigaoka, where he was attracted to the culinary capital of Hong Kong. As head chef, he traveled to Hong Kong and Guangzhou three times a year for research and experience. In Hong Kong, he learned grilled cuisine at "Jade Golden Pavilion Seafood Restaurant" and Shunde cuisine at "Kirin Keen", and after returning to Japan, he worked as a chef at "Piao Xiang" before becoming a chef at "Ippei Hanten" in March this year. "Ippei Hanten" is the new restaurant of the former owner of the triple Michelin-starred restaurant, "Sazenka".
