The Omakase yakitori course uses Akita Kogen Hinai Jidori, local chicken and Shamo chickens with high quality meat for the wood-fired yakitori and "Sasami tataki (finely chopped chicken tenderloin)". Other dishes in the Omakase course include the “Soboro rice” served at the end of the meal, where minced chicken is intensely seared over a wood fire and mixed with freshly cooked white rice. The owner Hikita's recommended sake "Senkin", "Joyo" and "Edo Kaijo" are also very popular with customers.
The "Fresh smoked caramel" dessert served at the end of the course is one of the restaurant's recommendations.
